HCPL-261A 系列光學(xué)耦合邏輯門器件提供有產(chǎn)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 6N137 系列所有優(yōu)勢，加上 HCMOS 兼容輸入電流，允許直接和所有常見電路拓樸接口，不需額外 LED 緩沖器或驅(qū)動(dòng)。使用的 AlGaAs LED 通過使用最新的 LED 技術(shù)帶來更低的驅(qū)動(dòng)電流并減輕劣化，單通道光電耦合器上并提供有使能輸入允許檢測器可以被選通。檢測器芯片輸出為集電極開路肖特基箝位晶體管，HCPL-261A 系列內(nèi)置屏蔽可以提供 1,000V/μs 的共模抑制 (CMR) 能力，HCPL-261N 則可提供 15,000V/μs 的高 CMR。
