MAX890L智能、低壓、P溝道、MOSFET功率開關(guān)適用于高側(cè)負(fù)載開關(guān)應(yīng)用。該開關(guān)在+2.7V至+5.5V的輸入范圍內(nèi)工作，因此非常適合用于+3V和+5V系統(tǒng)。內(nèi)部限流電路可保護(hù)輸入電源，使其免受過(guò)載的影響。熱過(guò)載保護(hù)可限制功耗和結(jié)溫。\n\n MAX890L的最大電流限值為1.2A。經(jīng)過(guò)開關(guān)的限流值通過(guò)SET與地之間的電阻進(jìn)行編程。靜態(tài)電源電流低至10μA。開關(guān)關(guān)斷時(shí)的電源電流降至0.1μA。\n\n MAX890L采用8引腳SO封裝。\n\n ?\n\n
