The NCV760040 is an automotive grade integrated driver with four

high?side switches. The device features per?channel adjustable

current limit and is protected for overtemperature conditions. Output

control and diagnostic reporting is performed via I2C bus. Current

sense data is provided through I2C in addition to a multiplexed analog

current sense output pin. The NCV760040 is available in a QFNW20

3.5 x 3.5 mm step?cut package with wettable flanks and features an

exposed pad for optimal thermal performance.
