1A電壓穩(wěn)壓器

R1173系列是基于CMOS工藝可輸出1A的LDO電壓穩(wěn)壓器?;拘阅芘cR1172系列相同,但R1173系列負(fù)荷穩(wěn)定性大幅提高。與R1172系列的不同點(diǎn)在于,R1173系列有兩種版本:內(nèi)部設(shè)置輸出電壓的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)版本和帶有外部電阻器的可調(diào)整版本。因此,當(dāng)輸出電壓尚未確定時(shí),可先使用可調(diào)整版本進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。在確定電壓后,再使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)版本進(jìn)行替換。\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n; ?
