RT9014/A 是雙輸出、低噪聲、低壓差的 300mA 線性穩(wěn)壓器，同時還有一個開漏驅動器和一個上電復位電路。開漏驅動器的電流汲取 能力為150mA，可用于驅動LED。\n\n線性穩(wěn)壓器的輸出電壓范圍為 1.2V~3.5V，輸入電壓范圍為 2.5V~5.5V。\n\nRT9014/A 的輸出電壓精度為 2%，具有極低的輸入輸出電壓降 (240mV@300mA) 和很低的靜態(tài)電流 (每路 27μA)，其關機電流幾乎趨于0，是電池供電的便攜式設備的理想之選。它的保護功能包括電流限制、輸出短路保護和過溫保護。\n\nRT9014/A 采用了短路熱折回保護方式。當因為輸出端短路 (VOUT ; ? 寬輸入電壓范圍：2.5V~5.5V\n? 低噪聲，適合 RF 應用\n? 無需使用噪聲旁路電容\n? 對輸入/輸出的瞬態(tài)過程具有快速響應能力\n?
